This Month's Lunch will be incredible and we are so excited!! Our May lunch will feature the amazing Chi-Gong Expert Lisa Kirshon, a well-respected Tai Chi expert and Wellness Spokesperson for Self-Care.  She has become a leader for helping individuals achieve an overall healthier lifestyle, through the teachings of the ancient Chinese Healing Arts of Tai Chi and Qigong.   AND  Anthony Francis, Improv-extraordinaire, teacher and founder of the non-profit group Improv U. If you’ve ever seen the show Whose Line is it Anyway, then you’re familiar with improv and the fast-witted hilarity it can bring. Some of the most well-known comedy actors — like Steve Carell, Will Ferrell, James Franco, and Tina Fey — are known for their improv, or ad-libbing. Improv will help you think quickly on your feet and make adjustments without hesitation. Improv provides great training that can help ease public speaking fears and also makes better team players. anthony will teach us to work together in a more conscious way

The Good Life, A Daily Dose of Vitamin Chi™ Lisa Kirshon is a well-respected Tai Chi expert and Wellness Spokesperson for Self-Care.  She has become a leader for helping individuals achieve an overall healthier lifestyle, through the teachings of the ancient Chinese Healing Arts of Tai Chi and Qigong.  An award winning national champ, Lisa competed in the 2008 USA Wushu Kungfu Federation and won the title of becoming the 2ndhighest ranked female in the United States for Tai Chi and sword forms.  As spokeswoman and teacher of the Chinese Healing Arts for wellness and prevention, health and healing, Lisa brings education, inspiration and motivation to her teachings. Adding a bit of daily humor, she makes everyone at any age and level feel welcomed and comfortable! With over 27 years of experience she prides herself on being able to make Tai Chi and Qigong work for any age and any condition.   

Anthony Francis is an improvisational actor and teacher in Delray Beach, FL as well as the founder of the Improv U Theater in Downtown Delray Beach. In 2015, Anthony founded Improv U as

a way for improv to grow in South Florida. Today Improv U has over 200 active students and performers. Anthony directs and coaches multiple improv casts as well as Musical Improv and Stand Up Comedy troupes. Outside of the theater he teaches hundreds of employees each year how to think faster and be more creative together through his Staff Development workshops. When Anthony isn't teaching or performing comedy he is enjoying fun foods with his wife, on his motorcycle enjoying the ocean breeze or being held hostage by his two cats Max and Flynn who are overly demanding of love.

The Conscious Co-Op's mission is to create abundance, lend support, and raise awareness within our community.  We love that you're excited to promote your business and want to make this easier for you! At every meeting we will be providing a table for all business cards, promotions and event invites. We hope that this will keep our actual food tables free of these materials and still assist you in getting your words out!! We look forward to building and creating together for the future of our community and world.

The Farmer's Table menu will be an assortment of vegan wraps both with collard greens and regular wheat wraps as well as salad, fruit, coffee and tea.   Our Lunch price is $27 including tax & tip.  "Community, Consciousness, Connection" RSVP today!
